We create value with our 100% subsidiaries, interests in excellent companies, interests in companies with potential that are temporarily going through a rough time, financial advisory services and investments in equities, options and turbos on the stock market. We invest using our own capital and third party capital (for example via bonds and private equity).

We consider the companies we invest in as a sketch; a draft version of a drawing. A drawing that is not yet perfect. We develop this drawing in the direction of the desired end product.

Our long term investment goal for both us and our investors is to generate attractive and sustainable returns, taking into account time and risk.

Our investment policy is directed at taking over companies to create value using operational and financial optimizations so as to be able to disinvest at an attractive valuation.

Our investment tactics involve reaching an optimal balance between growth, return on invested capital and the cost of capital.

   1. We invest through private companies, buying companies from bankruptcy and buying stakes in unlisted third party companies.
2. Public Investment
   1. Investment in unlisted companies and financial advisory services are our main activities. We also invest in shares, options and turbos on the stock market. In public investment, we only invest at own expense.
3. Financial Advisory
   1. We offer Financial Advisory services through our 100% subsidiary Sketch Financial Advisory BV. We advise companies on how they can generate the most value, perform company valuations and offer advice with mergers and acquisitions.
